The International Human Rights Organization (IHRO), founded in 2000 and registered in Pakistan on October 28, 2002, is a non-profit organization working to strengthen democratic institutions and protect human rights in Pakistan. IHRO is affiliated with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and focuses on: promoting human rights; implementing development projects in education, health, and social welfare; combating violence against women; and providing legal assistance to prisoners and disadvantaged individuals.
Develop and implement projects in
IHRO has the administrative capacity to cover any number of districts in Mardan, Malakand, Dir-e-Lower and Dir-e-Apar, within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) of Pakistan.
